E-009 was found in an parellel universe inhabiting a Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria lookalike with next to no staff or management work, alongside a couple other entities, the first entity to be found on another universe. It gave itself permission to be used in the Simulation Project for studying what had happened to it, alongside how to supposedly save it (see Log 001 on the Breach Case Logs page)
E-009 is an animatronic-like figure found in local resturants similar to that of Chuck E. Cheese's in our world. It seemed to have the body, arms and legs of famous animatronic at the time, Freddy Fazbear, but it is merged with the head of Wario with no pupils or irises, giving its eyes a dead look similar to entities such as E-001 due to a remnant clump, an infungable material produced naturally after the death of an individal, to manifest something similar in the head. E-009 is cooperative in experiments on itself as long as it can advance towards setting him "free", we are currently unable to develop such soul-bending equipment as of now though.
