E-008 was found in the remains of an old cavern beneath Wario's Fast Food Factory. It was made in the 18th century, but most of the cult that resided there died or left the cavern and disbanded. When E-011 hooked up the electrical component, he rediscovered this cavern, alongside the decapitated head of E-008, seemingly alive.
E-008 is a witch's decapitated head found inside a cavern beneath Wario's Fast Food Factory. At first sight, this head is harmless and non-violent, but can scare you. When you turn your back on it, it chases after you in an attempt to attack, but since it has no arms, its only forms of harming you is biting or headbutting, thus being no threat. After studying this, it seemed to have catched some radiation in its attempts to attack E-011, the original head should be kept in a room sealed away to minimize any radiation poisoning and studying it requires a hazmat suit to prevent radiation poisoning.
