E-001 appears as a 5'6" man with a white skintone wearing a cap, mostly a yellow color with a blue W printed in the front, alongside a white semi-circle that appears behind it, the brim is yellow with the whole inside of the cap remaining white. He has a larger-than-average pink nose with a mustache that zig-zags, appearing like lightning bolts. He wears a yellow shirt with purple overalls and pants with white buttons, alongside white gloves that have his blue W as well. At the bottom, he wears green shoes that point upward at the end. He also has strong muscles and is obese. Likely caused by his death and revival thanks to E-006's curse, he no longer has pupils compared to his alive counterpart.
Likely due to the influence of the curse, commonly called by E-006's name, he is shown to be very aggressive and hostile, attacking anyone that gets in his sights. If his path is blocked somehow, he'll go back to where he begun and repeat that path until he is gone or until he kills the attacked.
Incident is present in timeline clones that feature cursed spirits in 1988. Sometime in 2014, the government reopened Wario's Fast Food Factory, breaking a 7-year closure streak that was started in 2007, and hired E-011 as the night guard. Since his first night, E-001 has been attacking him until he left the factory after E-011's fifth night in there.
Incident is present in timeline clones that feature cursed spirits in 1988. Later in 2016, E-011 would go on to reopen WarioWare Incorporated with a team after inducing nightmares of E-001, alongside other entities.
